Kelly grew up in Peoria, Illinois and has been a part of the Monona community for 11 years. She is a seventh grade science teacher at Indian Mound Middle School in McFarland and coached the Boys Monona Grove High School swim team for over a decade. Kelly has over 20 years of swim team coaching experience with swimmers of all ages. She started with the YMCA Swim Lessons & Swim Team and after graduating from Elmhurst University she started coaching the Dunlap High School teams and their club the Dunlap Dolphins. After moving to Madison she starting coaching the MG Boys Swim team (11 years), the MG Girls Swim (3 years) and the Monona Magicians for now 12 years. She is happily married to her husband Alex (aka the Lion) and enjoys raising their twins Brynn & Logan. She has always been a multi-sport athlete, and her love of coaching stems from the amazing experiences she has had with all of her past coaches and teams. She hopes to convey her love for the sport, team commraderie and fun each and every day!

Hello Mo! I am Jan (prounounced "Yan") Lanser and I am head dive coach for MO this season. This will be my second season as head coach I am very excited to continue to work with your kids and help them love diving this summer! I have been diving for over 5 years, all through high school in West Bend, WI which included a state championship. I currently dive with the University of Wisconsin Swim and Dive Team and finished out the seaon competing in the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships in Minneapolis for the second year in a row.
