Join us on the Monona Swim & Dive Teams! This year's fee table is below. Fees include the cost of all practices, participation in regular season meets, the All-City meet and your team t-shirt. Plus fun activities throughout the season!
Registration will be available March 17th at 12:00pm for returning families in good standing, and on April 7th at 12:00pm for families new to MO. If your desired practice group is full, be sure to sign up for the waitlist. Our registrar and coaches will do their best to clear all waitlists!

- Note:
- Junior Coaches must register in the Junior Coach classification but do not count towards multi-member discount.
- Registration fees are non-fundable after 11:59 PM on June 16, 2024.
When you're ready to register, use the following checklist:
- Complete the Online Registration form (If joining both swim and dive, select the Swim age group first, then select "Add Dive")
- Electronically sign a waiver and consent form, including:
- Medical Release Waiver
- MO Liability Waiver
- All-City Waiver
- MO Photo Release
- MO Volunteer Agreement
- MO Privacy Policy
- Pay your swim and dive team fees. You can pay with credit/debit on line or mail a check payable to Monona Swim and Dive Team to: Monona Swim and Dive, c/o Angela Jenkins 207 Morningside Ave, Madison WI 53716
