Continued with some great swims this past weekend despite the unique weather. One big takeaway was that we saw some amazing cheering from some of our swimmers. Shout out to Noble West and AJ Williams of the 11-12 crew for showing us what cheering on a buddy is all about. Speaking of buddis, this is your reminder to connect with your swim buddy this week. Feel free to send them a note, get them a treat or give them a shout out at our next meet. Continue reaching out about 2023 team shirts, we still have plenty left!

Last week was a bit of a bummer due to the air quality for practices and the meet getting rescheduled. Hopefully we can regroup this week and make some progress at practice and have 2 great dive meets upcoming.
Please Note: That the Dive meet vs Shorewood was rescheduled to Tuesday July 11th. You can commit to the event anytime as Team Unify has been updated.

We could not make a successful swim meet happen without the help of our MO Swim families. This Saturday we are hosting our second home meet of the year. We are in need of donations for our concession stand. A sign up genius has been created. Use the big button below to donate to concessions.
To those who are volunteering at this weekend swim meet PLEASE CHECK IN for your volunteer shift at the table in between chuck-a-duck and the awards tables.Many of you are still reaching out and we thank you! Here is a list of volunteer opportunities that are available:
We are still in need of a couple of volunteers! All timer spots have been filled, whoo hoo! We just have 2 clerk of course spots to fill. Thank you to all of those who have already volunteered.

Clerk of Course at All City is actually SO much easier than Clerk at a Home Meet. You'll be given one specific, very concrete, job—and it's usually in the shade! PLUS all Volunteers get VIP Parking during your shift! Sign Up Here: All City Volunteers
All-City Prep Parties (banner parties): 2 volunteers needed. To help day of decorating and picking up donuts. Whitney and Myra will help to coordinate and get things ready.
All-City Costume Coordination: 5 volunteers needed, work with the coaches to come up with costume ideas and then help execute those costumes. Could include purchasing clothes/supplies, making alterations (cutting, sewing, etc.). It would be awesome if we could find someone to lead the other 4 volunteers and take leadership of the costumes.
Folder stuffing: 2 volunteers needed, stuff folders for the end of the year banquet
All of these have been added as volunteer spots that will count towards your required points.

Julie put together a gallery of some great action shots from this weekends SWIM and DIVE meets. Pictures are purchasable through the website. Part of the proceeds will benefit Second Harvest!

Jalbert Productions
Andy of Jalbert Productions was at practice on Friday June 30 to shoot some underwater photos! Andy will make the shots available for purchase and offer a portion of the proceeds to support Second Harvest. Check out our Facebook page for examples of his work from the Shorewood meet.
Andry will be at the pool on Thursday July 6th to get some more underwater pics!

ALL CITY DIVE apparel and other items are available through Simply Swimming and MUST be PRE ORDERED prior to the meet. Here is the link to order water bottles, drawstring bags and apparel! Deadline is Thursday, July 13th at 11:59pm! Orders will be ready for pick up at the Shorewood by July 24th. When checking out, please make sure you enter both your billing and shipping address. Simply swimming system requires this. Please contact them if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation after your purchase. Items will not be available to ship to individual families.
NEW This year for DIVERS! Want to wish your diver good luck at the All City Meet? Personalize a ground graphic with their name and team color! All City Dive Staff will display their sticker on the ground leading up to the venue! Imagine how fun it will be to see their good luck o'gram as they enter Shorewood!
